CEO - Mel H. Farrell
Mel H. Farrell, - Founder, President and CEO is an experienced Oil & Gas entrepreneur having spent 15 years operating in the energy sector. Mel has extensive knowledge and experience in the marketing of Oil & Gas financial products. Mel has spent the last five years as Chief Corporate Finance Officer in the Oil & Gas Industry and successfully raised millions of dollars for investment in oil and gas exploration and production companies. Utilizing his connections in Canadian Oil & Gas, Mel has the ability to joint venture in on some of Canada’s most sought after Oil & Gas plays.
CFO - Lou McKinney
T. J Lou. McKinney, CA, was first appointed a Director of the Company in January 2007 and assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at the same time. In addition to being a director of Finance Energy Corp, he serves as President of No 134 Corporate ventures Ltd, an entity with which we currently have a consulting agreement. He also is a Director of Pacific Therapeutics Ltd, a Biotech start-up company. He has provided senior management and financial consulting services for over 30 years, most recently from 2001 to 2006, as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Genesis Bioventures, Inc. a biomedical company focused on the development and marketing of cancer diagnostics. He was a co-founder of Ondine Biopharma Inc, where he served as CFO and Director until 1999 and, from 1997 to 1998, worked as a financial advisor to Forbes Medi-Tech, Inc, a publicly listed biopharmaceutical company. Previously, he was President and CEO of two Canadian Securities firms and served as Manager of Corporate Services for C.M. Oliver & Company, a British Columbia brokerage firm. From 1961 to 1986 he held senior management positions in large real estate development and construction companies and was President and CEO of a Canadian institutional food distributor. He obtained his CA with Thorne, Mulholland, Howson and McPherson, one of the predecessor firms to KPMG.
Production Advisor - F.J. Lockhart
40 years of experience in the Canadian Oil and Gas Industry. Operates at a high energy level. Strives to produce results. Plans and follows through on projects in an expeditious and cost efficient manner. Jim’s involvement in the Viking Gas field, Saskatchewan dates back to 1993 when Newcal Energy Inc. began evaluating shut in Bakken oil wells and recompleting up hole in the Viking zone. Wells have been drilled each year and the field now consists of 40 Viking gas wells producing 3 mmcf/day. His responsibilities included final lease work, preparing completion programs that included perforation intervals, fracturing details, equipment purchasing, organizing the pipeline construction and monitoring production. Jim’s position comes complete with a operating licence and is fully insured for Canadian Oil & Gas drilling.
Vice President of Operations - Brad Udell
Brad has 30 years experience in sales, marketing and management within a variety of publically traded companies, giving him a clear understanding of what is necessary in building and expanding a successful business. Most recently, he was manager of Investor relations and aided Corporate Finance for a publically trade Oil & Gas company until he moved on to pursue new challenges with Brisk Energy Corporation four years ago, and was promoted to Vice President of Operations late 2009.
Controller - Kristine Greavette
ristine brings with her three years experience working with publicly traded Oil & Gas Company. And fifteen years experience accounting and controlling finances both locally and internationally. She is in charge of all finance systems and internal controls and is focused on all of the day-to-day accounting and financial management for the Corporation.

Will maintain a code of ethics covering senior financial officers, including the CEO. The ethical and behavioural standards reflected in that Act are the basic tenets of ethical and professional conduct adopted by the Company in this Code for all its staff and contractors, and as such apply equally to the CEO and CFO, and any other senior staff.
